Warm salad with asparagus and mushrooms

Warm salad with asparagus and mushrooms

Ingredients:
Desi – 20 g
Garlic – 1 clove which is (small cut)
Leek – 2 pieces (small cut)
Green asparagus – 180 g (to cut lengthways)
Mushrooms – 180 g (cut)
Olive oil – 6 tablespoons
White wine vinegar – 3 tablespoons
In addition:
Bread

Heat frying pan on average fire and fry onions and garlic to soft state. Lay out the cut mushrooms and prepare 3-4 more minutes. Lay out asparagus and pour in a little water. Close frying pan cover and extinguish 3-4 minutes to readiness of asparagus.
Salt to taste.
Prepare gas station, having mixed olive oil with vinegar. Shake up properly, salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out on dish lettuce leaves pillow, sprinkle them gas station, then lay out warm vegetable mix. Give with fried bread.

Preparation

Ingredients:

Champignons of 150 g,
juice lemon 1 h. l.,
green paprika,
yellow, red 100 g,
fennel to taste,
cheese and butter on 25 g.

Preparation:

Salad will be not only it is pleasant taste, but to lighten mood the appearance.

* wash up Pepper, remove seeds and halve everyone. Cut halves of pepper straws.
* wash up Champignons, slightly dry and cut small slices, fry on the warmed frying pan with desi.
* Mix ready champignons, pepper.
* Grate cheese on large grater.
* Add cheese to mushrooms and pepper and well mix.
* Squeeze out juice of lemon and season with it salad for giving of freshness. In this salad juice of lemon replaces all spices.
* Salad is not salted and not peppered.
* Mix and lay out in salad bowl. Decorate with greens and give to table.

Preparation:

We prepare cake layers:
To pass liver, onions via the meat grinder, to add kefir, eggs, soda, salt, pepper, accurately to enter flour that there were no lumps. On the warmed frying pan on vegetable oil we do thin pancakes. When cool down sharp glass to cut out circles.
Firm or processed cheese we rub on small grater, we add pounded garlic to taste, mayonnaise, small chopped ukropchik. We grease with stuffing circles, collecting them in columns on 3 - 4 features, the upper layer is done of small cut cake layer offcuts.

Prepare tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic and cheese as it is specified in the instruction. Mix them with olive oil, salt, pepper and nutlets. Cut bread and lay out on baking tray. Heat broiler in oven. Oil bread olive and lay out stuffing. Prepare baking plate broiler of 3-4 minutes.

Fast salad with mushrooms and cottage cheese cheese

It is necessary (for 1-2 portions):
50 g of any lettuce leaves (I have iceberg, arugula and mangold)
3 fresh champignons of the average size
50 g of unsalted cottage cheese cheese (like Adygei)
2-3 branches of fresh thyme or small bunch is fresher than some parsley
1 h. spoon of lemon juice or wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of nerafinirovany olive oil
1\4 h. salt spoons

Preparation time: 5-7 minutes.

Salad wash out leaves and dry. Lay out in bowl, to the krupena tear leaves hands.

Preparation:

1. To cut onions with half rings and to put on the warmed frying pan oiled by the vegetable. To fry a little on small fire.
2. To cut carrots with cube and to add to onions.
3. The paprika to clear of seeds, to cut with chetvertkolets, to add to the fried vegetables.
4. To cut tomatoes with chetvertkolets, to add to the fried vegetables
5. To add corn to vegetables (if it is used tinned, it is necessary to merge previously liquid).
6. To add red beans to vegetables (if it is used tinned, it is necessary to merge previously liquid). Ingredients:

? glasses of dlinnozernisty rice.
1 bank of tinned humpback salmon.
2 carrots.
2 cucumbers.
2 napiform onions.
3 eggs.
15% sour cream.
Vegetable oil.
Lettuce leaves.
Fennel.

Preparation:

Rice is boiled in the added some salt water to readiness. It has to be loose. Eggs it is boiled and peeled. We grate carrots on large grater, we roast it on vegetable oil. We mix in separate capacity to homogeneous mass sour cream, vegetable oil, salt to taste.
Salad gives all the best layers:
The 1st — the lettuce leaves torn on slices.
The 2nd – rice. From above we grease with sauce.
The 3rd — humpback salmon (it needs to be separated from liquid and it is good to knead fork). Maj sauce.
The 4th — small cut onions to grease with sauce.
The 5th — the fried thoroughly carrots to grease with sauce.
The 6th — the fresh small chopped cucumber to grease with sauce.
From above we do camomiles thus: petals — from proteins of the eggs cut with straw. The middle of flower is the yolk grated. Salad is decorated from above with fennel.

Bunch of green onions
1 red paprika
1 large tomato
2 teaspoons of the squeezed-out garlic

Olive oil – ? glasses
Red wine vinegar – 4 tablespoons
Refiner syrup – 1 tablespoon
Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation:
Wash up and cut salad, onions, pepper and tomato. Squeeze out garlic and together with chick-pea add to salad bowl. Mix properly.
In bowl mix all ingredients for gas station and sprinkle it salad.

Ingredients:

- Ham — 200 g
- Egg — 3 pieces
- Champignons — 150 g
- Cheese (parmesan) — 100 g
- Onion — 1 piece
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Cucumber (for ornament) — 2 pieces

Preparation:

To cut ham cube.
To boil eggs, to clean and cut small cube.
Onions and champignons to cut and fry on small amount of vegetable oil.
To grate cheese.
To mix all ingredients (except cucumbers), to salt, dress with mayonnaise or sour cream, to mix. On flat plate to create salad hill. To cut thin strips of cucumber and, since the top, clockwise, obliquely, serially we press them into salad and so to the bottom.

Ingredients:
Strawberry to cut – ? glasses
Balsam vinegar – ? teaspoons
Ricotta – ? glass
Lemon dried peel – ? teaspoons
15 pieces of baguette
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper – to taste
Short moustaches of garlic and onions

Heat oven to 190 degrees. In bowl mix the cut strawberry with vinegar. In separate bowl mix ricotta and dried peel of lemon. Lay out one row on baking tray the cut baguette and oil each piece olive from both parties. Bake 10-12 minutes.
On each toast smear ricotta, from above lay out strawberry and short moustaches from young onions or garlic. Powder with salt and pepper. Give.
