Rolls with garlic and cheese
Ingredients:
hard cheese — 250 g
ham — 300 g
eggs — 3 pieces.
garlic — 3 cloves
mayonnaise — to taste
greens — to taste
green onions — to taste
Preparation:
To boil eggs to readiness, to separate the whites from the yolks. To grate proteins on large grater, and yolks separately on small. To cut ham thin segments, to grate cheese on large grater.
In bowl we connect grated cheese to greens, proteins and garlic, we add mayonnaise to taste and it is well mixed.
On segments of ham we spread on one tablespoon of stuffing, we strew with grated yolks, we turn in rolls connecting them green onions.
