Ingredients:
Cottage cheese — 250 g
Egg — 3 pieces.
Wheat flour — 8 tablespoons
Sugar — 3 tbsps.
Soda — 1/2 tsps.
Salt — 1/2 tsps.
Olive oil (or sunflower)
Icing sugar, vanillin — to taste
Preparation:
To mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, soda and salt to homogeneous, not dense consistence.
In stewpan to pour olive oil so that it was possible to ship at least half of donut. To warm oil.
