New Year's recipes - Lasagna 4 cheeses
Ingredients:
Olive oil - 3 tablespoons

Tomatoes in own juice - 800 g
Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - pinch
Paprika flakes - pinch
Basil (fresh)
Ricotta - 300 g
Egg - 1 piece
Salt and pepper - to taste
Mozzarella - 150 g
Oregano - 2 teaspoons
Parmesan (grated) - 220 g
Montazio - 200 g
Sheets for lasagna - 8-10 pieces
(boil each leaf for 30 seconds, cool in cold water)
Warm up olive oil. Fry small cut onions (15-20min). Lay out tomatoes in bowl and tolkushka knead. Add the cut garlic to onions, in minute - tomatoes together with juice and leaves of basil, tomato paste and pinch of sugar.
