Meat in potato crust
Ingredients:
Pork - 800 g,
potatoes - 4 pieces,
egg - 1 piece,
flour - 2 tbsps,
vegetable oil for frying,
salt, spices - to taste.
Preparation:
To cut meat as on schnitzels.
Potatoes to clean and rub on large grater. To wring out water from potatoes, to add to it egg, flour and spices.
The received potato weight to stick round each schnitzel from both parties.
To fry on oil to readiness.
