Salad - pie from crackers
Ingredients:
~ 250 gr. salty round crackers,
- 1. any tinned fish (saury, tuna, humpback salmon),
- bunch of green onions,
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled,
- 150 gr. hard cheese,
- 1 garlic glove,
- mayonnaise.
Preparation:
We will spread salad layers on big plate or dish.
1 layer: crackers (at me in each layer was on 12sht.);
2 layer: the eggs grated and mixed with mayonnaise (to postpone two yolks for ornament);
3 layer: crackers;
4 layer: the tinned small fish kneaded by fork and mixed with mayonnaise;
5 layer: small cut green onions;
6 layer: crackers;
7 layer: to mix the cheese grated on small grater + garlic through press with mayonnaise;
8 layer: crackers. To grease with mayonnaise and to strew with the yolks rubbed on small grater.
To decorate at will. To allow to stand to salad of 2 h. at the room temperature and 1ch. in the refrigerator. But it is better that salad has stood night. Appetite pleasant to all!
