Focaccia with olives

Focaccia with olives

Ingredients:
Yeast powder – 2 teaspoons
Warm water – 1 glass + 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Flour – 4 glasses
Coarse salt – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil – 60 ml
Cornmeal – powder
Big can of olives
Grated cheese – 4 glasses

Preparation:
In bowl for the mixer mix water (1 glass), yeast and sugar. Leave for a while while yeast is not activated, and then turn on the mixer and add ingredients without stopping mixing.
Gradually to vsypta flour.
In 2 tablespoons of warm water dissolve salt and add it to bulk together with olive oil.
Increase speed and shake up about 10 minutes.
Switch off the mixer, remove dough from bowl walls, close it towel and leave for a while that dough has increased twice.
Then lay out it on the surface powdered with flour, knead hands and divide into 2 parts, roll each of which in circle with a diameter of 20-23 cm.
Oil 2 pig-iron frying pans olive and powder with corn flour. Lay out in dough and leave them for 15 minutes.
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
On each focaccia lay out on half banks of olives and on 2 glasses of grated cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
