SHISH KEBABS FROM FISH WITH SHRIMPS

SHISH KEBABS FROM FISH WITH SHRIMPS

Ingredients:

fillet of fish (white, dense) - 400 g
shrimps (crude, cleared) - 200 g
rosemary - 4 branches
lemon (juice) - 1 piece.
lemon dried peel
garlic - 2 cloves
oil (olive) - 7 tablespoons.

Preparation:
Garlic to clear and crush. To remove the lower leaves from branches of rosemary, to crush them and to mix with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and dried peel, salt and pepper.

Fish to wash out, dry on towel and to cut on pieces. To put fish and shrimps in marinade and to leave in cold for 2 h.

The lower tip of each branch to grind and string on it alternately shrimps and slices of fish. To fry on brazier or grill, about 3-4 min. from each party.
