Potatoes baked in cream with cheese

Ingredients: - 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 Art. of plums. oils
- 200 g of hard cheese
- 400 ml of cream
- pepper, salt - to taste
- nutmeg – to taste

Very simple garnish in preparation which will approach both meat, and fish. Potatoes prepare in each family quite often and instead of simply to boil it or to fry, I offer you the same simple recipe but only much more unusual and not bored.

Preparation:

1) We wash potatoes, we clear and we cut thin circles. In baking pan we spread potatoes layers, salting each layer, pepper and nutmeg.

3) We fill in all with cream, we spread oil small slices on all surface. Cheese is rubbed on large grater, we strew with it all dish and we send baking tray to the oven warmed to 180 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
4) We strew potatoes with cheese
5) To check, ready-to-eat meal or not – pierce potatoes fork. If it soft – garnish is ready if crackles – leave in oven and check in 15 minutes. To decorate ready potatoes with fennel or parsley.
