Garnish from broccoli
Ingredients:
500 gr broccoli,
200 gr bean,
250 gr carrots (baby carrot),
2 garlic gloves,
2 tbsps of olive oil,
juice of half of lemon,
1 bunch of parsley,
salt.
Preparation:
1. We put to be boiled 2 pans with water: one for broccoli, another for carrots and haricot. We wash all vegetables and greens. We sort broccoli on inflorescences.
2. In the boiling water we throw haricot and carrots. We cook about 10 minutes, to readiness.
3. Odnovremmeno we cook broccoli, we lower in the boiling added some salt water and we cook about 7-10 minutes, to readiness.
4. We spread ready carrots in plate, haricot and broccoli it is thrown back on colander and we pour ice water. So vegetables will keep the beautiful green color. We cut off tails at haricot and we cut on 3-4 parts.
5. We heat oil in frying pan. We squeeze out garlic in oil and we diminish fire to the smallest.
6. At once we spread vegetables in frying pan and it is accurately mixed. We fry 2-3 minutes.
7. While vegetables in frying pan, we cut parsley, it is desirable very small
8. We shift vegetables in soup plate, we salt, we add parsley and lemon juice
9. It is accurately mixed.
