Zhele-shot Margarita

30 ml of fresh juice of lime
20 g of the sugar dissolved in 40 ml of water
35 g of gelatin
85 ml of tequila
60 ml of Cointreau

Mix lime juice with sugar syrup, add gelatin and, stirring slowly, carefully warm this mix until gelatin is dissolved. Add tequila and liqueur of Cointreau, pour on shota and put in the refrigerator.

Lemon Drops

1 bag of lemon gelatin
450 ml of hot water
230 ml of cold water
230 ml of vodka

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water, and then vodka. Traditionally pour on shota and put in the refrigerator
