Potato zraz with mushrooms!
Ingredients:
600 g of potatoes
150 g of champignons
70 g of onions
30 g of desi
? glasses of flour (or bread crumbs)
1 egg
vegetable oil
salt
Preparation:
Peel potatoes, cut slices, boil to readiness in the added some salt water. Merge water, add egg and butter, prepare mashed potatoes.
Small crumble onions. Wash mushrooms and cut in small cubes or brusochka.
At first fry a few onions, then add mushrooms, salt and fry to readiness. Move mushrooms to colander, let's liquid flow down.
With 1 tablespoon, the prepared earlier mashed potatoes, create flat cake. Put portion of mushrooms in the middle. Wrap stuffing in potatoes, having formed cutlet.
Roll in potato zraz with mushrooms in flour.
Fry on average fire to golden crust.
