The trout baked in honey
Ingredients:
Sauce:
Honey – 3 tablespoons
Onions shallot – 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Thyme leaves – 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Salt – ? teaspoons
Paprika – ? teaspoons
Trout fillet – 4 pieces
Preparation:
Heat broiler. In bowl mix honey, chopped onions, thyme, salt and pepper. Lay out fillet in dish for roasting. Apply sauce on fish and bake 10-12 minutes baking plate broiler.
