Apple share
Ingredients:
dough:
2 St of flour
150 g of desi
0,5 tsps of salt
1 tbsps of sugar
5-6 tbsps of ice water
stuffing:
1-1,2 kg of green apples
2/3 St of sugar (if apples acid, 1 St)
25 g of desi
1-2 tbsps of starch
1 tsps of ground cinnamon
0,5 tsps of nutmeg
1 tsps of lemon juice
2 tbsps of sugar (for topping)
Preparation:
1. To sift flour in bowl together with salt and sugar. To add the cold oil cut on small cubes, to chop up knife in crumb. To add water, to knead knife dough. To divide it on two Koloboks (bigger and smaller) and to inwrap everyone in film. To send to the refrigerator to half an hour.
2. To peel apples of skin and sunflower seeds, to cut on small slices. To mix apples in bowl together with spices, sugar, lemon juice and starch. To set aside.
3. To get dough from the refrigerator, to allow to thaw a little. To roll on the strewed surface flour bigger Kolobok and to transfer to the oiled form (edges of dough have to hang down from form). To lay out stuffing, to put on it desi slices. To roll the second Kolobok and to cover stuffing. To zashchipit edges of dough, and in the middle to make hole, for steam-out.
4. From above to grease pie with water and to sugar. We put in the oven warmed to 220C. In 10 min. we reduce temperature to 180C and we bake 40-50 min., before formation of golden crust. Completely we cool and we enjoy yum-yum.
