The baked mushrooms in lemon and thyme

Ingredients:
1 lemon
1 tablespoon of the cut fresh thyme
2-4 tablespoons of olive oil
500 g of mushrooms
4 tablespoons of grated cheese
salt and sprinkling pepper

Preparation:
Heat oven to 200C. Rub lemon dried peel, leave juice for later. Mix dried peel with thyme, olive oil. Wash up and cut mushrooms and lay out them one layer in dish for roasting. Sprinkle half of the prepared mix, salt and pepper.
Bake 10 minutes. Powder mushrooms with grated cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes so far cheese will not be gilded. Sprinkle the remained mix and lemon juice.
