Simple house cucumber pickles

Simple house cucumber pickles

Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, are thin to cut
Vinegar - 165 ml
Water - 1,5 glasses
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 2 cloves to crush and small to cut
The basil - 2 tablespoons, small to cut
Bell pepper - 1,5 tablespoons
Bay leaf - 1 piece
Anise seeds - 1/2 teaspoons

Preparation:
Mix vinegar and salt in small bowl and shake up nimbus.
Lay out the cut cucumbers in bank, add garlic, basil, pepper, anise and bay leaf there. Fill in with mix of vinegar and salt, and fill in the rest with water. Densely close cover and leave in the refrigerator minimum for 8 hours.
