Rolls from unleavened wheat cake, light salted salmon and processed cheese

Ingredients:

unleavened wheat cake thin – 1 piece;
soft processed cheese (Viol, President, Hokhland) – 1 piece; fish trout (salmon) of light salting – 1 piece

Preparation:

We develop and straighten unleavened wheat cake, on it we smear cheese (taste of cheese does not matter, can be simply creamy, can be with mushrooms or ham...). Fish is cut by thin plastinochka and keeps within on unleavened wheat cake with cheese. We displace unleavened wheat cake with contents roll. We put in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours. Then roll is cut on slices and we stack on plate.
