Meat salad with mushrooms
Ingredients:
meat - 100 g
potatoes - 1 piece.
champignons - 100 g
canned green peas - 200 g
leek - 50 g
garlic - 1 clove
lemon juice 1/2
mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
salt, pepper and greens - to taste
Preparation:
Boil meat, mushrooms and potatoes to readiness.
Cut leek rings; cut meat, mushrooms and vegetables in cubes.
Add peas, spices, the crushed greens and mix.
Mix mayonnaise with pounded garlic, juice of lemon and fill salad with mushrooms the received sauce.
