Ingredients:
Potatoes of 2 pieces.
Vegetable oil of 30 ml
Curry of 0,5 h. l.
Salt of 2 g
Pepper of black ground 2 g
Onions of 0,5 pieces.
Garlic 1 tooth.
Potatoes to wash up, inwrap in film and to put in microwave on 600 W for 2-3 min.
So far potatoes still hot, is thin to dehide and cut on large portion slices
To heat vegetable oil in frying pan, to fry garlic and onions, to add potatoes, butter, powder of curry and salt. To give, having strewed with black pepper
