French-style meat
Ingredients:
- 500 g of pork
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 – 150 g of mushrooms
- 250 g of cheese
- 2 onions
- mayonnaise – at will
- salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
1. Meat to wash up, dry and cut layers about 0,8 cm thick. Each layer of meat to beat off, salt and pepper. To leave meat to be drawn on minutes 30. Onions to clear and cut half rings. Cheese is rubbed on large grater. Tomatoes it is cut by circles.
2. We wash mushrooms, we clear and we cut large plates. We grease with desi baking tray and we spread on it meat slices. On meat thin layer we spread onions, then mushrooms.
3. We put on mushrooms on tomato slice (it is possible to add some salt a little) and we strew with cheese.
4. At last we water all with mayonnaise (on – to desire) and we send to the oven warmed to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
