AIR MOUSSE FROM POWDER JELLY

Air mousse from powder jelly

Air mousse from powder jelly

Ingredients:

jelly bag (50 g are required)
150 g are swept away
berries/fruit
honey/syrup / sakh.pudra (not necessarily)

Preparation:

Let's start preparing jelly according to the instruction, however we will take waters twice less than it is required. I for example according to packaging needed to fill in 50 g of powder with glass of water, respectively I used only glass floor.

Further, following the instruction, I have allowed all this to stand some minutes, and then have brought to the boil, continuously stirring slowly.

We allow mix to cool down, meanwhile we stack on bottom of capacity in which the dessert, berries or fruit will be given. I have chosen the first as itself jelly at me was with berry taste.

We add a little cooled down liquid, honey/syrup to sour cream / sakh.pudru (not necessarily, jelly and so rather sweet, but I have added tbsp of berry syrup) and properly we shake up everything before formation of bubbles.

We pour in capacity with fruit/berries and we put in the refrigerator for hour another before full hardening!
