Egg muffins with bacon

Egg muffins with bacon

Ingredients:

Bacon - 6 slices
Eggs - 6 pieces
Milk - 80 ml
Parmesan cheese (grated) – 6 tablespoons
Parsley - 30 g
Olive oil - 30 ml
Paprika for ornament


At first fry bacon slices to golden crust


Then small cut it


In deep bowl shake up eggs


Add milk and continue to shake up


Add small polished Parmesan cheese, black pepper and bunch of greens.


And properly shake up everything


Take special form and up to the top fill it with egg mix


Add the cut bacon to each formochka


Send to oven and bake at temperature of 200 degrees within 13-15 minutes.


Hearts are executed from paprika.
