Blancmange with fruit

Blancmange with fruit
120 kcal / 100 gr

Preparation:

1. (30 gr) we fill in gelatin with milk (200 ml) and we clean aside for 1 hour;
2. skim cheese (700 gr), sour cream of 10% (250 gr) and sugar (200 gr) by means of the mixer we turn into homogeneous mass;
3. (here all matter of taste and imaginations) small (it is possible more largely) we cut fruit;
4. the inflated gelatin is heated on fire to 50-60 degrees, but we do not allow to begin to boil at all;
5. we mix everything together, we fill in in any capacity (in our case - silicone form) and we clean in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

Notes:
1. chocolate is already on discretion) it is possible also coconut flakes. generally that it is necessary for soul, and we decorate with that; but we filled grated chocolate on form bottom;
2. do not use kiwi and pineapple, they neutralize properties of gelatin and do not allow to stiffen to dessert;
3. very tasty with grapes)
