Vegetarianasky lasagna from eggplant, zucchini and cheese
Ingredients:
Eggplant - 1 piece
Big zucchini
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoons
Sprinkling pepper - 1/2 teaspoons
Mozzarella - 85 g, are thin to cut
Tomato paste - 1,5 glasses
10 big leaves of basil
Preparation:
Heat grill.
Cut eggplant on 12 disks, zucchini on 8 halves.
