Ingredients:
Crude potatoes
Previously fried forcemeat
Onion
Egg
Flour
Salt, pepper, spices
Preparation:
To grate potatoes on large grater, to merge excess water.
To add egg, salt, pepper and to mix.
To mix mincemeat with small cut onions, salt, pepper and spices.
From potato weight to create small flat round flat cakes.
To put forcemeat between two flat cakes.
To fry on oil from two parties.
