The baked polenta

The baked polenta

Ingredients:

Milk - 4 glasses
Water - 1 glass
Desi - 2 tablespoons
Corn flour - 400 gr
Grated cheese Parmesan - 1/2 glasses
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
Lime juice - 1 teaspoon


Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise and juice of lime


Lay out on the oiled baking tray and bake in oven at temperature of 220 degrees


Cut the baked pie on small slices


Give with mayonnaise, juicy sauce or having sprinkled lime juice (on your taste)
