Thai water-melon Margarita with basil
Ingredients:
Water-melon slices - 150 g (small squares or balls)
Water-melon mashed potatoes - 150 g (about 450 g of water-melon)
Tequila - 110 ml
Liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec) - 25 ml
Juice of 1 lime + to steam of segments for giving
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of sea salt of rough grinding
45 ml of syrup:
1/2 glasses of water
1/2 glasses of sugar
Basil - 45 g
Preparation:
Lay out water-melon slices on plate and put in the freezer. Prepare syrup, having laid out all inegrediyenta in kastryulka and having put on average fire. Mix to full sugar remelting. Bring to the boil, remove from fire and lay out basil leaves in kastryulka. Close and leave in such state approximately for hour. Before application filter syrup, throw out leaves.
In small jug mix water-melon mashed potatoes, tequila, liqueur, syrup and juice of lime. In plate mix salt and sugar and lower neck of each glass in this mix for rim.
In each glass lay out slices of water-melon or ice, or their mix. From above fill in with the prepared cocktail. Give with slices of fresh water-melon, segment of lime and leaf of basil.
