Tenderness salad
Ingredients:
rice boiled 150 gr.
salmon with/with 150 gr.
Fennel 1 bunch
egg of 3 pieces.
mayonnaise
lemon
Preparation:
To boil and lay out rice in ice-cream bowl. To cover with mayonnaise.
The salmon to cut cube, to lay out, from above mayonnaise.
To cut fennel, to lay out and again mayonnaise
To boil eggs, to separate the yolks from the whites and to grate. At first we spread yolks, mayonnaise and proteins.
To decorate with lemon and fennel. During food it is possible to water with lemon juice.
