Rolls with fruit jelly

Ingredients:

- 4 glasses of flour
- 200 gr. butter or margarine
- 200 gr. sour creams
- 1 egg
- 0,5ch.l. salts
- 0,5ch.l. soda and vinegar for clearing
- Fruit jelly

Preparation:

To pour out 3 glasses of flour in cup, to put the softened oil or margarine, to break egg, to add salt and sour cream, to extinguish soda vinegar, to add to future dough. To mix everything, to start kneading dough. To pour out the last glass of flour on table and in it to lay out dough, to knead not too abrupt, but elastic! To roll dough in sphere, to put back in cup, to cover and clean in the refrigerator. Meanwhile to cut fruit jelly on 4 parts lengthways that long strips have turned out. To get dough, to divide into 4 parts, to roll each part in sphere, to press down from above, then is thin to roll in the form of circle. To cut layer on 12 segments, on wide part of each of them to put on slice of fruit jelly and to roll rolls.
To lay out rolls on the baking tray strewed with flour. To bake in the oven of minutes warmed to 200-220 degrees 15-20. Do not wait until dough is reddened. Rolls have to remain pale golden!
