Ingredients:
pear (soft) - 1 piece.
cottage cheese - 50 g
sour cream - 1 tbsp.
sugar - 1 tablespoon + 0.5 tsps.
the cranberry (frozen) - 2 tbsps.
Preparation process:
To slice pear across the thin. To mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar (0,5 tsps). On frying pan to pour out 1 tbsp of sugar when starts melting - to lay out cranberry and quickly to fry. Between pear segments akkurano to spread out cottage cheese, to lay out cranberry on pear. The useful dessert is ready! Bon appetit!
