Fast fish pie

Fast fish pie

Ingredients:

- kefir 1st.;
- crude egg of 1 piece;
- flour 1 of the Art.;
- tsp soda ?.

Stuffing:
- canned fishes 1.;
- boiled eggs of 2 pieces;
- any greens;
- cheese of 50 g.

Preparation:

We begin with doughing. We mix all ingredients and we pour out in the oiled form.
Quickly we prepare stuffing. We separate small fish from oil and we knead fork. We add small cut eggs and greens.
We spread stuffing in form, trying to leave free thin strip of dough at side.
We put form in the warmed oven for about 20 minutes. Cheese is rubbed on small grater. We get almost ready pie and we strew it with cheese,
then again we send to oven for 5 minutes.
Pie is ready. It tasty as in warm, and cold.
