Creamy pesto
Ingredients:
Basil of dried 470 g
Olive oil of 2 tablespoons.
Walnut of 0,5 St.
Garlic 2 tooth.
Parmesan of 120 g
Salt of 0,5 h. l.
Pepper of black ground 0,2 h. l.
Lemon juice of 1 tablespoon.
Cream cheese of 110 g
To mix in the food processor of basilicas, olive oil, the crushed walnuts, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, lemon juice and cream cheese.
To shake up to homogeneous cream mass.
