Cheese salad with croutons

Cheese salad with croutons – very nourishing so they without problems can feed the small company. One more important point – salad does not need to be salted as ingredients – croutons, cheese, pickled cucumbers, mayonnaise – give enough salt.

Ingredients:

- 3 the boiled eggs;
- 3 salty cucumbers;
- 250 gr. cheese;
- 100 gr. croutons;
- 2-3 segments of garlic;
- mayonnaise;
- small bunch of fennel;
- sprinkling pepper (at will).

Preparation:

Cheese we rub on large grater, we cut cucumbers brusochka, we crush eggs and greens.

We put these ingredients in bowl, we add croutons, we press garlic, slightly we pepper at will. We dress with mayonnaise.

Salad needs to be eaten immediately, differently croutons razmoknut.
