Tortilla
Ingredients:
Potatoes — 280 g
Eggs — 5 pieces.
Onions — 140 g
Tomato — 1 piece.
Green peas — 1 glass
Olive oil — 3 tablespoons.
Salt and Pepper — to taste
Preparation:
1. Potatoes to clean, cut on halves and to cut it is very thin. To salt.
2. To clean onions, to cut in half and small to chop. Sharp to knife tomatoes. To pour in 2 tbsps of olive oil in frying pan. To warm on average fire.
3. To add potatoes and to fry it within 5 minutes, constantly stirring slowly. To add onions and it is good to mix. To cover frying pan and to reduce fire. Periodically to stir slowly.
4. To break eggs in big bowl and to shake up fork so that to mix egg yolks and whites. To add salt and pepper.
5. When potatoes and onions are ready, to add them to bowl with eggs. To add tomatoes and peas. To add the remained spoon of olive oil to frying pan and to warm on average fire, about 1 minute.
6. To pour in mix of eggs and vegetables in frying pan. To reduce fire. To prepare on the weakest fire of 15 minutes.
7. When almost all liquid on surface of omelet evaporates, to turn it on other party and to prepare 5 more minutes. To give hot.
