Ingredients:
White onions (small chopped) 1 St.
Paprika flakes of 60 g
Zucchini of 60 g
Halapenyo (crushed) 0,5 St.
Slices of boiled turkey of 500 g
Beans of 430 g
Tomatoes of Rum of 3 pieces.
Sauce of Ranch of 30 g
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla of 10 pieces.
Tomatoes of Rum of 100 g
Mexican cheese (grated) 280 g
To warm oven to 175C.
In big ware to stew onions, pepper, zucchini and halapenyo. To extinguish couple of minutes, then to add turkey. To prepare 8-10 minutes.
To add beans, tomatoes, sauce, salt and pepper. To leave to be extinguished.
So far to be extinguished, spread out all to bottom of dish of half of tortillas. Shift half of your mix to tortillas, cover with cheese, then still layer of tortillas. From above shift the remained mix and strew with cheese. Decorate all with tomatoes.
To bake 30-35 minutes without closing cover.
