Sharp chicken hearts stewed in cream
Ingredients:
Hearts chicken – 800gr
Cream (or it is swept away) – 0,5 glasses
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 2-3 segments
Small pod of Chile (if you wish to receive hot dish)
Some branches of your favourite greens (for example, green onions, fennel, parsley and cilantro)
Salt, pepper
Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
1. It is good to wash out and dry up hearts.
2. On frying pan suitable for suppression to warm oil. To lay out there hearts and to fry.
3. To powder hearts with flour. To pour out cream in frying pan. To cover, leave to be extinguished 30-40 minutes.
4. To wash greens, to clean garlic. Small to chop all this knife or to crush in the blender.
5. To cut the washed pepper thin ringlets.
6. Hearts to salt, pepper to taste. To add greens, garlic and Chile.
7. To extinguish 5-10 more minutes.
