Cheese and garlick beer sticks
Ingredients:
2 glasses of flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
3/4 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3/4 glasses of beer of room temperature
2 tablespoons of desi of room temperature
2 garlic gloves to squeeze out
30 g of glass of grated parmesan
120 g of grated mozzarella
sauce of marinar, when giving
Preparation:
In the mixer knead dough, having mixed flour, yeast, baking powder, salt, olive oil and mivo. Close bowl with the kneaded dough and leave to rise for hour.
Put stone for pizza on the lower lattice of oven and heat it to 230 degrees.
In small bowl mix butter and garlic, knead fork. Stretch dough, having laid out it on paper for pastries. It is necessary to stretch dough in circle with a diameter about 30 cm. For this purpose stretch it gradually, approximately each 5 minutes to the necessary size. Apply oil and garlick mix on ready basis, powder with cheeses.
Shift by means of paper dough with stuffing to stone for pizza. Bake 9-10 minutes to golden-brown crust. Cheese has to melt. Before cutting on sticks wait 1-2 minutes. Give sticks with sauce of marinar.
