The Ears cookies from puff pastry
Ingredients:
ground walnut
dough (in our case from shop) - 400 g, two layers
refiner syrup
Preparation:
1. Walk rolling pin on nuts that they were slightly pressed into dough. (Slightly!). Then note the middle, well and turn, as shown in photo.
2. After layers I are inwrapped. Cut on cookies. Somewhere on 1-1,5 cm in thickness. To do the same with the second layer of dough. If you have no nuts, simply sugar with cinnamon or vanilla sugar.
3. Bake at temperature of 200 With in the warmed oven of minutes 20-25. When blush - it is ready!
