Rolls from eggplant
Ingredients:
2 average eggplants
115 g is fresher than mozzarella
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 average tomatoes
4 fresh leaves of basil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut eggplants thin strips lengthways and powder them I will merge.
Heat grill, slightly oil eggplant strips olive and fry on grill within 5 minutes. Turn and fry on the other hand. Cut mozzarella and tomatoes on small slices.
Lay out slice of tomato and mozzarella on one edge of eggplant, from above powder with salt and pepper to taste, slightly sprinkle olive oil.
Twist in roll and tie sheets of basil. Give immediately.
