Banana and vanilla pudding
Ingredients:
Pudding:
2 glasses of milk
1/2 glasses of sugar
3 tablespoons of starch
1/4 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of desi
Preparation:
Dissolve dry ingredients in milk (except vanilla and oil). Put everything on fire and, constantly stirring slowly, warm up, without bringing to the boil. Remove from fire, add vanillin and oil. Spread out mix on ice-cream bowls and put to be cooled.
Caramel bananas:
1 tablespoon of desi
1 teaspoon of orange juice
2 tablespoons of maple syrup (it is possible to replace with honey)
1 tablespoon of rum
1/8 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
4 firm ripe bananas
Preparation:
Heat oven to 200 °. Kindle desi. Mix juice, syrup, rum and cinnamon and add to oil. Clear and cut bananas. Lay out them in dish for roasting, from above fill in with the prepared mix. Put in oven for roasting for 8 minutes. Get from oven and heat broiler. Put dish to pokorichnevet for 2-4 minutes under broiler.
Whipped cream:
470 ml of cream for beating
2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation:
Shake up cream with sugar about 3 minutes the mixer to steady peaks.
We give to table:
On the pudding which is laid out in ice-cream bowls place bananas and from above - whipped cream.
