CHOCOLATE PIE ON BOILED WATER

CHOCOLATE PIE ON BOILED WATER

Cake for fans of chocolate. The biscuit on boiled water turns out soft, fluffy and porous. It very well absorbs any cream. I have the cream which is swept away.

Ingredients:

2.5 Art. of flour
1.5 Art. of sugar
1.5 soda tsp
1 tsps of baking powder
5 tbsps of powder of cocoa
2 eggs
1 Art. of milk
1/2 Art. of vegetable oil
1 Art. of boiled water
For cream:
500-700 gr. fat sour cream (30%)
3/4 Art. of sugar

Preparation:

To mix all dry ingredients
Separately to shake up eggs (nimbus)
To add milk and oil to eggs
To mix everything and to knead dense dough
In dough to pour in boiled water and to mix
To bake at T of 160 60-70 min.
To cut the ready cooled-down pie on 3 parts and to grease with cream
For cream to shake up sour cream with sugar.
I have decorated pie with chocolate cover.
