Pancake pie with dried apricots
Ingredients:
1 glass of flour
1 glass of milk
25 g of the kindled desi
0,5 St of l of sugar
2 eggs
salt
vegetable oil for frying
For stuffing:
300 g of dried apricots
1 St of l of sugar
2 h l of cognac
500 ml of fat cream
100 g of concentrated milk
2 St of l of liqueur
halves of walnuts
Preparation
To sift flour in bowl, to season with sugar and salt. To make deepening, to break there eggs, to add half of milk and desi, to stir. Gradually to pour in the remained milk. Dough to cover and leave for 30 min.
To prepare stuffing from dried apricots. To wash out dried apricots in warm water. To put in pan, to wash down with boiled water so that water has only covered fruits, to cook 10-12 min.
To shift dried apricots in the blender and to grind in homogeneous mass, to mix with sugar and cognac
To prepare cream. To shake up cream with concentrated milk and liqueur, to put in the refrigerator.
Using vegetable oil, to bake pancakes
Evenly to smear one pancake with cream. To cover with other pancake and to smear with stuffing from dried apricots. Continuing to spread pancakes, to alternate stuffing. To cover pie with the last pancake, to put stuffing from dried apricots and to decorate with nuts. By means of culinary bag to make snake of cream at the edges of pie.
