Italian tomato sausages soup
Ingredients:
Broth from 2 chicken legs (1-1.5 l)
Sausages of 5-7 pieces
Couple of small bulbs and two-three of garlic gloves
Tomatoes in own juice
Bank of haricot – white or red (it is better white – it more gentle and more neutral)
Basil
Parmesan
Pasta (any, but me beautifully stars)
Olive oil
Preparation:
We fry in pan of sausage and onions to transparency. To transparency of sausages it is not necessary to fry.
Then we add chopped garlic.
Literally we throw out contents banks with tomatoes.
We mix and whenever possible we delete skins.
Then we fill in all with the received chicken broth (ok 1-1,5 liters)
We reduce ognivo and we cook baking plate cover of 25-30 minutes. Then we add everything to soup that at us remained: haricot, chicken feet, basil, handful of stars. We salt/pepper (sausages and broth can already be rather salty). Stars cooks very quickly and turns into the real stars! Therefore do not go too far and do not hurry. We pour in beautiful plate, we strew with grated parmesan and parsley. Taste turns out bright, tomato, very fresh, but in too time saturated and warming.
