Banana rolls
Ingredients:
- 600 g of flour
- 20 g of desi
- 0,5 packs of quick-rise yeast (5 g)
- 250 ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 bananas
Preparation:
1. We put sponge dough: for this purpose in glass of the warmed-up milk we dissolve sugar and yeast. We add handfuls of 2 torments and we stir.
2. We put sponge dough to wander in heat until it becomes in volume of three times bigger.
3. Meanwhile bananas it is peeled also by the blender it is turned into mashed potatoes.
4. In banana puree we pour out sponge dough, we add oil and the remained flour and we knead dough.
5. We divide dough into portions and we spread on the baking tray covered with paper for pastries. We put in heat that rolls have risen.
6. To bake at 200 degrees. When rolls blush it is possible to grease them with frothed eggs and to bake 5 more minutes.
