French-fried potatoes
Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes;
1,5 kg of pork;
4 bulbs;
300 g of cheese;
4 garlic gloves;
70 g of vegetable oil;
200 g of mayonnaise;
Favourite spices for meat;
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Wash out pork and cut large, but thin pieces, and properly beat off meat. Shift meat in deep bowl and strew it with small crushed garlic, salt, pepper and other spices to taste. Leave pork to be kept waiting 15-20 minutes, and so far it is pickled, warm oven.
2. Cut onions thin half rings. Peel potatoes and too cut it half rings. Grate cheese on large grater. By this moment the oven just has to heat up to 180 degrees.
3. Pour vegetable oil on baking tray and lay out on it pork with onions in one or two layers, salt, pepper and grease meat with mayonnaise.
4. Then lay potatoes layer, also grease it with mayonnaise and salt, and from above strew with grated cheese. Also cover cheese layer with mayonnaise and put in oven for 1 hour.
5. French-fried potatoes is ready, bon appetit!
