Strawberry Napoleon
Ingredients:
Puff pastry
Stuffing:
Milk – 300 ml
Vanillin – ? pods
Big yolk – 3 pieces
Sugar – 50 g
Flour – 20 g
Starch – 20 g
Strawberry – 2 handfuls
Icing sugar – 3 tablespoons
Juice of half of lemon
Preparation:
1. Shake up sugar with yolks, add starch and flour. In pan heat milk with vanilla pod. Remove from fire, gradually pour in egg mix, shaking up that eggs were not twisted. Return all mix to pan and bring to the boil on average fire, constantly stirring slowly.
2. As soon as mix has begun to boil, prevent 30-60 more seconds before solidification (rather heavy to mix). Remove from fire, pour in bowl, close food wrap (that the skin was not formed) and put in the refrigerator.
3. Cut strawberry in half. In pan mix it with icing sugar and juice of lemon. Zakarameliziruyte strawberry on big fire, stirring slowly, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from fire.
4. Roll puff pastry, put it in some layers, cut out circles. Bake them according to instructions on packaging. Divide each baby's dummy into 3 layers. Apply a little cream on the first, lay out strawberry.
