Oatmeal cookies with cinnamon, raisin and nuts
Preparation:
110 g of desi of room temperature
1/2 glasses of granulated sugar
1/2 glasses of refiner syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon of extract of vanilla
1 glass of flour
3/4 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons of will
1/2 teaspoons of water
1,5 glasses of oat flakes
1/2 glasses of raisin
1/2 glasses of chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Heat oven to 175 degrees. Lay baking tray paper for pastries.
In the mixer shake up oil with sugar. Hammer eggs and add vanillin. Gradually add previously sifted dry-mix, and also flakes, raisin and nuts. Knead dough. Lay out small portions of dough (take tablespoon) at sufficient distance from each other. Bake 8-10 minutes. Then cool on lattice.
