Porridge with chocolate and peanut butter
Ingredients:
Milk of 1 St.
Oat flakes Oat-flakes of 0,5 St.
Salt of 1 spills.
Cocoa powder of 1 tablespoon.
Peanut butter of fat-free 1,5 tablespoons.
Sugar of 2 tablespoons.
Chocolate crumb to taste
Oat flakes can be cooked on milk or on water. We pour liquid in pan, we put on average fire and we bring to the boil.
As soon as liquid has begun to boil, we add oat flakes and salt. We cook 5-7 minutes.
We remove porridge from fire. We add cocoa powder, peanut butter and sugar. Properly we mix all ingredients.
We strew ready porridge with chocolate crumb. Eat on health!
