Avocado pie

Ingredients:
Lime of 1 piece.
Cracker of 360 g
Desi of 60 g
Avocado of 2 pieces.
Egg of 1 piece.
It is swept away 360 ml
Sugar of 80 g
Salt of 0,2 h. l.
Flour of 3 tablespoons.

To cut off dried peel of lime and to put aside for further use.
To mix the crushed crackers, juice of lime and the kindled oil in small bowl. To mix.
To lay out weight in baking dish of pie and to press on bottom and walls, forming pie crust.
To put in the refrigerator for a while, so far prepare stuffing.
To peel avocado of peel, small to cut and put in mixer bowl.
To add egg and sour cream.
To shake up the mixer at average speed to homogeneous mass.
To add lime dried peel, sugar, salt and flour. To shake up to homogeneous mass.
