Smuz from banana and oat flakes
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1/3 glasses of the Greek yogurt
1/2 glasses of the prepared (made/baked) oat flakes
1/3 glasses of almonds
2 glasses of ice
1 tablespoon of cocoa (optionally)
Preparation:
Shake up bananas, yogurt, flakes and almonds with ice at high speed to dense homogeneous mass about 30 seconds. Add cocoa at desire and shake up still few times.
